These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you (either as a student, parent, guardian, or educational customer) and Vidyaro Education Private Limited ("Vidyaro", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms govern your access to and purchases made through the Vidyaro Store situated at store.vidyaro.com, including all digital notes, downloadable PDF modules, semester suggestions, question banks, physical books, kits, and academic merchandise.

By clicking "Buy Now", "Proceed to Pay", adding items to your cart, or checking out on the Vidyaro Store, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• Age of Majority & Parental Consent: If you are under 18 years of age (a minor under the Indian Majority Act), you must obtain express consent and supervision from your parent or legal guardian prior to purchasing materials on the store.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information regarding your delivery address, mobile phone number, and full name to ensure uninterrupted order fulfillment and courier delivery.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Access to purchased digital downloads is personal to your registered account and cannot be transferred or shared.

All product prices on Vidyaro Store are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable statutory taxes, including 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

• Official Tax Invoices: Vidyaro Education Private Limited is a registered GST taxpayer (GSTIN: 19AAMCV2546D1Z5). A computer-generated, GST-compliant Tax Invoice is generated for every successful transaction and downloadable immediately.
• Wallet Coins & Promotional Discounts: Students may redeem available Vidyaro Wallet Coins or promo coupons towards eligible orders. In strict compliance with Section 15(3) of the CGST Act, 2017, all applicable discounts and wallet deductions are deducted prior to tax calculation, and GST is assessed strictly on the net payable amount.
• Price Adjustments: Vidyaro reserves the right to modify catalog pricing at any time. Price adjustments will not affect completed and confirmed orders.

Online payments are routed through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulated payment aggregators (Cashfree Payments and PhonePe). Supported instruments include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and Net Banking across all major Indian banks.

In the event of a payment gateway timeout or deduction without order generation, our webhook systems reconcile transactions automatically. If unfulfilled, the deducted sum will be refunded by your banking partner within 5–7 working days.

Physical modules and printed book sets are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order placement. Risk of loss and title to physical products pass to you upon doorstep delivery confirmed by the logistics partner. Please refer to our complete Shipping Policy for zone timelines and courier terms.

Vidyaro study guides, test series, and suggestion papers are pedagogical aids designed by subject matter experts to augment student preparation. While we endeavor to maintain the highest academic precision and syllabus relevance, Vidyaro does not guarantee specific exam marks, ranks, or university grades.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total financial liability for any claim arising out of a purchase on Vidyaro Store shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that specific product.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
