Failed Deliveries & Delivery Re-Attempts
To prevent delivery failures, our courier partners operate under standardized delivery guidelines:
• Up to 3 Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable at the shipping address, the delivery associate will make up to three consecutive re-attempts across subsequent working days.
• Telephonic Coordination: Courier executives will call your verified contact telephone number prior to visiting your premises.
• Return to Origin (RTO): If all 3 attempts fail due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or refusal to accept, the consignment returns to our Kolkata warehouse. Re-shipping will require address re-verification and standard re-shipping fees.
