Digital Study Materials & Downloads Policy
Digital goods—such as downloadable PDF question banks, semester suggestion papers, formula sheets, and electronic study guides—are delivered instantaneously via online download links upon payment confirmation.
Irrevocable Digital Nature
Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of these materials (which can be immediately saved, copied, or printed), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.
Technical Failure Exception Guarantee
If you experience a verified technical error on our servers (such as a corrupted PDF file or inability to download the purchased material) and our technical team is unable to resolve or deliver the file to your email within 48 hours of reporting, a 100% full refund will be processed immediately.
Physical Books & Study Kits — 7-Day Replacement Guarantee
We provide a complimentary, hassle-free replacement for printed books, modules, and kits if your consignment satisfies any of the following conditions:
Transit Damage
Books received with water damage, torn covers, or crushed packaging incurred during courier transportation.
Manufacturing / Printing Defects
Missing pages, inverted signatures, unreadable illegible printing, or defective spiral/glue binding.
Incorrect Item Delivered
If the module or subject delivered differs from the item confirmed in your Tax Invoice.
Stockout Full Refund
If an approved replacement title is temporarily out of print or stock, you will receive a 100% full refund immediately.
Non-Eligible Return Situations:
• Requests reported after 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.

Attach clear photographs or a short video clip showing the parcel shipping label and the specific damage or printing defect.

Our academic support team will inspect the visual evidence and confirm eligibility within 24–48 hours.

We arrange a free reverse pickup via our logistics partners (Delhivery / BlueDart). Simply place the item securely in packaging.

A brand-new, freshly inspected copy is dispatched with priority tracking, or a full refund is initiated if out of stock.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch (Physical Goods): You may cancel a physical book order within 12 hours of placing it, or prior to parcel handover to the courier. 100% of the transaction value including shipping fees will be refunded.
- After Courier Dispatch: Once an Air Waybill (AWB) number has been assigned and the package is in transit, the order cannot be recalled. Please accept delivery and initiate a 7-day replacement if damaged.
- Instant Digital Orders: Because digital modules are delivered instantaneously to your account, cancellations are not feasible post-fulfillment.
